A French yellow gold open faced pocket watch, circa 1930. The watch features a keyless winding lever movement with 18 jewels and eight adjustments. Its two tone silvered dial features guilloché engraving, black Roman numerals, a brushed surround, a black outer minute track, and stylised hands made of blued steel. The polished case is made of 18k yellow gold and has a snap on back adorned with a diamond set monogram. The movement is signed E.W. & C Co. Inc., while the dial is signed Cartier Paris.
