A fine French 14k pink gold keyless dress watch with jumping digital hours, circa 1925. Made for the American market. A solid, polished case, matte silver engine-turned dial with rayons de soleil, black painted Arabic five-minute numerals, outer minute track, aperture for the jumping hours and blued steel single arrow hand. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring, and an index regulator. Dial signed Cartier, movement signed E.W & C. Co. Inc., case signed A.W.C. & Co.
