A small French multicoloured 18 carat gold pocket watch with a gem set back, circa 1821–1838. The watch features a rooster movement. Its two tone gold guilloché dial displays the hours and minutes off centre. The domed case back is chased, engraved and decorated with a piqué pattern set with turquoise and red stones.
