Gold and enamel verge watch with chatelaine

A French 18 carat gold and enamel open faced watch watch accompanied by a chatelaine formed of two polychrome enamelled medallion plates, circa 1790. Gilt movement with key winding and verge escapement engraved and pierced cock, fusee and chain.
Round case on hinge, the back with polychrome enamel decoration scene on a guilloche background depicting Minerva and an altar depicting a family coat of arms with a double headed eagle surmounted by a crown.
White enamel dial with Arabic numerals for the hours and minutes, stylized hands, opening for the winding square, railway minute track, signed Lépine a Paris, Hger du Roy a Paris.

Chatelaine in matte gold partially transformed into a brooch formed of two moving medallions with polychrome enamel decoration on a guilloche background depicting Minerva in an antique decoration in the first medallion and in the second medallion a coat of arms with a double headed eagle surmounted by a crown.
