A French gold and with fine  polychrome enamel scene quarter repeating watch, circa 1760, gilt full plate verge movement, pierced and engraved with foliate scrolls balance bridge, polished steel coqueret and silver regulator disc.
White enamel dial, Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute track, decorative gilt hands, case back with very fine polychrome enamel scene depicting a classical scene. Push gold pendant to activate the quarter repeating on a bell in the case, movement signed  Jacob Melly Paris.
