White enamel dial, eccentric time display with Roman numerals, visible diamond-set balance wheel, yellow gold case, both bezels set with seed pearls, painted polychrome enamel and translucent blue enamel with guilloché ground to the reverse depicting an angel in a landscape, dial and movement signed.
