A very fine Swiss, 18K yellow gold hunting cased, keyless, minute repeating pocket watch, circa 1890. With single-button chronograph. Accompanied by a fitted box and original certificate. An entirely engine-turned case hinged cold cuvette overglazed cover. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute and 1/5th seconds chronograph divisions, sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Pink gold Louis XVI hands, set with three diamonds.

A nickel-silver movement, Geneva striping decoration, 30 jewels, straight-line counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometre regulator, chronograph button on the band, repeating on gongs through activating slide on the band. Dial signed, numbered on the movement, case and cuvette.
