A French open faced verge pocket watch with date in 18 carat gold case, circa 1785.
Full plate gilt movement with polished steel coqueret. Plain back. White enamel dial with black Arabic numerals and blue steel Breguet hands.
Pierced and engraved cock with polished steel coqueret, silver regulator disc. Fusee and chain. Plain three-arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring.
