A very rare, fine and heavy German 14K pink gold hunting cased pocket watch, circa 1898.
Polished 14K pink gold Louis XV-style case. Especially beautiful and rare stepped enamel dial with Arabic numerals, outer minutes track with red five minutes, subsidiary dial for the red seconds, and original Louis XV gold hands. A. Lange & Söhne precision lever movement, quality Deutsche Uhrenfabrikation, gold lever, gold escape wheel, and fine adjusting device. Case and movement with matching number.

The already rare Glashütte hunting case watch is interesting for collectors because the dial has the wrong inscription. The red number ’50’ exists twice, and the ’55’ is missing!
