A Swiss gold and enamel open faced pendant watch, circa 1840. Gilt finished movement, bar caliber, four jewels, cylinder escapement, plain brass three armed balance, flat balance spring, index regulator. Chased dial with Roman numerals and blued steel moon style hands. Case with gold hinged covers and cuvette, the pendant, front cover and bow chased with floral decoration, the back cover chased and blue enameled. Movement signed, case numbered, cuvette signed and numbered .
