A Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased double train grande and petite sonnerie clock watch made for the Indian market, circa 1890. Retailed by Marcks & Co, Bombay & Poona. Three-quarter plate movement, lever escapement., 35 jewels. White enamel dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds. Heavy plain case, glazed dust cover. Dial signed by the retailer, case and movement numbered.
