A Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1946. Sold on February 2nd, 1948. The movement with a lever escapement and 18 jewels. Off-white enamel dial with hour indexes, Arabic 9, 12 and 3, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and fine hands. A plain case. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered. Comes with an Extract from the Archives confirming the production of this watch in 1946.
