A Swiss gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1950. Cal. 17”’ nickel lever movement with the Geneva seal, 18 jewels, cut bimetallic balance. Two-tone silvered dial, applied Roman numerals and square indexes, subsidiary seconds. 18 Carat gold case, snap on case back, cut cornered rectangular bow. Case, dial and movement signed, case and movement numbered. With a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production in 1950 and sale in June 1954 and a presentation box.
