An English gold and enamel open faced keywound pocket watch, circa 1760. Gilt full plate movement, fusee chain with cylinder escapement, finely pierced and engraved balance cock, diamond endstone. White enamel dial, Arabic numerals for centre seconds with stylized hand and Roman numerals for hours. Decorative case with pink enamel plaque to the centre depicting two doves on a arrow case with a stylized urn to the background, blue and white floral decoration to both bezels. Case maker’s mark ‘HT’. Dial and movement signed. With a winding key, associated chain and brooch.
