A Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased fob watch and gold sautoir made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 189o. The gilt bridge movement with a counterpoise moustache lever escapement, 15 jewels and flat spring, stem wind and set. White enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track and blued spade hands. A plain case. Case, dial and movement signed. Comes with the original leather presentation box, Certificate of Origin and 14 carat gold rope twist sautoir.
