A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced lever pocket watch, circa 1915. Retailed by Tiffany & Co in New York, U.S.A. The lever movement with 18 jewels and adjusted in eight positions. White enamel dial with Breguet hours, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued spade hands. A plain case. Dial signed Tiffany & Co Switzerland, case numbered, movement numbered and signed made for Tiffany & Co. Patek Philippe & Co Switzerland. Comes with an Extract from the Archives confirming the year of manufacture 1915 and the date of sale November 24th, 1915.
