A rare and unusual Swiss gold open faced dual time zone verge pocket watch, circa 1750. Gilt full plate verge movement, single train distributing power to both dials. There are two dials: a gilt dial, Roman champlevé numerals, Arabic champlevé minute outer track and regulator at 2 o’clock, and a white enamel dial, Roman numerals, and Arabic outer minute track. Case with both bezels decorated with a wavy chased pattern. Both dials are signed by Terrot & Thuillier.
