A rare Swiss 18 carat gold keyless dress watch, Prince Imperial Rolex with original chain and clip, circa 1950. 17 Jewels, Rolex straight line moustache lever escapement, mono metallic balance with self-compensating, Breguet balance spring, adjusted to six positions, Rolex patented escapement protecting cap swan-neck micrometer regulator.
Hexagonal case back with brushed finish, back matte finished, polished, faceted bezel, pendant ring at top right corner.
Silvered eccentric dial, set at the top with baton markers, subsidiary seconds dial with baton markers. Gold Dauphine hands. Case, dial and movement signed.
