A very rare, particularly large open faced Swiss pocket watch in 18K gold, circa 1912.
Engine turned 18K gold case with case- and factory number. Dust cover signed, inscribed and depicting 11 gold medals. Signed enamel dial in very good condition with Roman radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and red gold hands. High factory quality fine gilt lever movement, bimetallic screw balance, blued Breguet hairspring, swan-neck fine adjusting device, lever escapement, screwed gold chatons, polished steel screws, polished winding wheels with sunburst decoration, and fine adjustment.
