A fine Swiss, 18K yellow gold and sapphire standing travel clock, circa 1950. The movement by Universal Watch Co., Geneve, the case French. A polished case, folding stand, the case band as two ropes set with eight sapphires. Brushed silver dial with Arabic numerals and baton indexes. Yellow gold dauphine hands. Movement with 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed Tiffany & Co., movement signed Universal, the case with French hallmarks.
