Austrian gold and enamel skull form watch Circa 1880-1899

An Austrian gold and enamel skull form watch, late 19th Century. Fitted with an earlier watch with verge movement and balance bridge pierced and engraved with scrolls. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals. The watch concealed beneath a hinged cover, the skull form case overlaid with white enamel, articulated jaw, diamond set eyes and glazed aperture to the base revealing the movement.
