A rare Swiss 18 carat gold and platinum open faced pocket watch, circa 1924. Retailed by Chronometro Gondolo. 17”’ Jeweled gilt lever movement stamped twice with the seal of Geneva. Silvered dial, applied gold Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds. Bezels applied with foliate swags and platinum lattice pattern enhancements, case back with engraving to the interior and engraved monogram to the exterior. Case and movement signed by maker, dial signed by maker and retailer. With an Extract from the Archives confirming raised Breguet numerals in gold, platinum lattice decoration and sale on December 3rd, 1925.
