Pocket watches in women’s sizes, such as the present piece, are rare, especially in an almost intact condition. The small movements reserved for ladies’ and later wristwatches have all the features of Patek Philippe’s large pocket watch movements, such as the wolf toothed winding wheels or the moustache compensating anker.
