A Swiss 14 carat pink gold keyless winding pocket watch, made by Patek, Philippe & Cie. in Genève, circa 1883. Hunting cased pocket watch with a re-cased cased, minute repeating and chronograph. The covers, band and bezels are entirely chased and engraved with floral and foliate decoration. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 and blued steel hands. A Rhodium plated, glazed movement, Geneva striping decoration, 31 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. The dial and movement are signed.
