Pocket watch with anker chronometer quality

A fine gold doctor’s anker chronometer chronograph, made by Longines in Saint-Imier, Switzerland, circa 1915. The numbered open faced plain case of this chronograph was crafted from 18 carat gold, its cuvette is inscribed Chronograph and engraved with ten Grands Prix medals. The white enamel dial has a red pulsometer scale, a 30 minute counter, a five minute scale, black Arabic hour numerals and blued steel hands. The numbered movement has a very fine anker chronometer escapement, a special fine adjusting device, a chronograph and Geneva striping decoration.
The case and movement have matching numbers and the dial, cuvette and movement are signed.
