Gold anker chronometer with original papers

An important hunting cased anker chronometer with chronograph, original presentation box and papers made by Patek, Philippe & Cie in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1913. The numbered case of this watch was crafted from 18 carat gold and the spring lid is engraved with the name of the owner, Ing. Cirino Lomeo. The white enamel dial features black Arabic hour markers, outer minute divisions, a fifth of a second track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, 30 minute counter at 12 and gold spade hands. The numbered movement is fitted with a moustache lever escapement.
The cuvette, dial and movement are signed.
