An elegant Swiss 18 carat yellow gold minute repeating keyless dress watch, circa 1950. Retailed by Tiffany & Co. A solid, polished case with a hinged gold cuvette and case back. Matte silver dial with applied yellow gold baton indexes, outer dot minute track, subsidiary guilloche seconds dial and yellow gold dauphine hands. Rhodium plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 31 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, Breguet balance spring, repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Dial, case and movement signed, dial also signed Tiffany & Co.
