A very fine and rare Swiss, extra thin, keyless, 18 Carat white gold dress watch, circa 1950.
A solid, brushed case, polished bezel, integrated semi oval bow.  Satiné silver dial with applied white gold bâton indexes. White gold bâton hands. Movement stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, rhodium plated, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, self compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed.
