A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch Circa 1908. The gilt bridge movement of this watch features a lever escapement, a large compensation balance with Breguet hairspring, and is signed Patek Philippe & Cie Genève. It has a white enamel dial with black and red Arabic numerals, a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock, and Louis XV hands. The smooth 18 carat yellow gold case features rounded borders, hallmarked with Patek Philippe, and a lid engraved with the monogram EN. The gold dust cover is engraved with the seller’s and owner’s signatures: Zigerli & Cie Berne, Emile Neukomm. Comes with the original certificate and box.
