Gold square shaped lever watch

An extremely rare square shaped pocket watch with double signature and associated chain made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, Switzerland, circa 1960. The numbered open faced case of this watch was crafted from 18 carat gold and has a push back engraved with the owner’s name, Peter Paul Zeleny. The original sector dial features gold alpha hands. The numbered manual wind movement is fitted with a lever escapement, 18 jewels and is adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions.
Dial signed by the watchmaker and retailer, and movement signed by the watchmaker.
