A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold U.S. twenty dollar coin with concealed watch made by Jaeger-LeCoultre, circa 1970-1979. The rhodium plated movement with Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self compensating flat balance spring, shock absorbers and micrometre regulator. The case hinged within a 1904 United States of America 20 dollar coin, opening with a push piece in the band. Brushed gilt dial with Roman hour numerals and original black hands. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered.
