Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming date of sale on March 15th 1941. According to our research, the present coin watch is amongst the earliest known by Patek Philippe and the Breguet numerals, confirmed on the extract, make this a piece especially rare. The watch is one of the only two pieces known bearing the signature of the celebrated Turin retailer, Astrua. Also, interestingly, the case of the watch has been forged from a blend of pink, white and yellow gold.
