A fine Swiss, gunmetal keyless pocket watch with concealed erotic automaton scene activated during winding, circa 1900. Hinged gunmetal back and cuvette, the latter covering the chased gilt brass automaton scene, activated whilst being wound, depicting a couple in a boudoir. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and blue painted Arabic five-minute numerals, subsidiary seconds. Gilt brass Louis XVI hands. Brass, three-quarter plate movement, cylinder escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator.
