A rare, Swiss form ladies pendant pocket watch with an extremely flat gold and enamel case, probably Geneva, circa 1840.
Bridge movement with cylinder escapement. 18K gold case, splendidly engraved and enamelled on the back, super flat design, including glass only approx. 5mm thick, inside also splendidly floral engraved, number 2573. Screwed enamel dial (small crackles in the edge area) with Roman radial hours, outer minutes track, and steel hands.
