A gold, black enamel Swiss open faced ladies’ watch of fine quality, circa 1890.
18K gold case, entire case enamelled, black enamel with golden decorations (partially restored), Vacheron & Constantin case hallmark, numbered, and dust cover signed. Enamel dial (very fine craquelure in the edge area) with Breguet-style radial hours, outer minutes track, and gold Louis XV-style hands. Fine lever movement with special Mustache anchor and wolf teeth.
