A Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless lever watch, circa 1890. This watch features a jewelled lever movement with bimetallic compensation and wolf’s tooth winding. It has a white enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute divisions, a subsidiary seconds dial, and blued spade hands. The plain 18 carat yellow gold case includes a cuvette and a hinged case back. It comes with a Patek Philippe facsimile Extract from the Archives, confirming the date of sale as January 3, 1895, along with an associated 14 carat rose gold chain and clasp.

The case is in overall good condition with visible surface scratches, patina, and wear throughout. It has been previously polished lightly. The dial is in very good condition overall, with a very faint hairline in the centre of the seconds subdial. The movement is running.
