A fine Swiss 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1890. It has an 18′” ligne movement featuring a lever escapement. The white enamel dial showcases Breguet style hour markers, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, and gilt spade hands. Encased in an engine turned 18k pink gold hunting case with a signed cuvette and a monogrammed case back. The case, dial, and movement are all signed. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe presentation box and a Certificate of Origin verifying the movement.

The case is in fair condition, with surface wear and light scuffing throughout, consistent with age and use. The guilloché outer case back texture is faded and visibly rubbed. The cuvette is signed and numbered. The case band has some surface scratches from opening and closing. The enamel dial has some surface wear and light scratches. The enamel dial is intact. There is light dust. The movement is running.
