A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold manual winding pocket watch with blue enamel coat of arms, circa 1950. Resold by Cartier. This watch features a signed mechanical cal. 17-170 movement, adjusted to five positions, engraved HOX on the balance bridge, Geneva hallmark, and lever escapement. The silver dial showcases a double signature Patek Philippe Genève Cartier, with applied Breguet style Arabic numerals, a small seconds hand, a pearl minute track, and leaf hands. It has a signed 18 carat yellow gold round case bearing the monogram C and a coat of arms in blue enamel on the back, along with a gold bowl.
