A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever dress watch, made by Patek Phillipe & Co. in Geneva, circa 1930. This watch features a mechanical movement with a lever escapement, signed Patek Philippe & Co. Genève, and is wound by the crown. The two tone silvered dial, signed Patek Philippe & Cie Genève, displays Roman numerals for the quarters, gilded hour markers, an iron track around the edge, gilded leaf hands, and a subsidiary seconds dial at six o’clock. The case is made of 18 carat gold, both plain and brushed, with the case back also signed and numbered.
