An interesting Swiss 18 carat gold open faced lever pocket watch made for Tiffany in New York, circa 1922.
Exquisite rhodium plated Quality Extra anker chronometer movement, 18 jewels, Geneva striping decoration, adjusted in eight positions, wolf teeth winding wheels, a gold screw compensation balance and counterpoised moustache lever.
The polished case with an integrated hinge. White enamel dial with radial Breguet style hours, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel hands.
Dial and movement signed by the watchmaker and retailer, case signed. Accompanied by a fitted presentation box.
