Enamel dial with gold Arabic minutes and seconds, radial Arabic hours, auxiliary seconds, Louis XV hands, and signed: Bailey Banks & Biddle Co., Philadelphia. Patented bridge movement Special, rhodium-plated, Geneva stripes decoration, wolf-teeth winding wheels, gold screw compensation balance, index spring fine adjusting device, counterpoised Moustache lever.
