A fine Swiss 18K gold, enamel, pearl and diamond-set open faced keyless lady’s pendant watch, circa 1890. A polished band, the bezel set with pearls, the back with a painted on enamel portrait of a lady set with four diamonds on a red guilloché enamel ground, a pearl-set border. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial, Arabic hours, outer gold dot minute divisions and gilt Louis XV hands. A matte gilt movement, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, three-arm balance with blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator.
