A Swiss gentleman’s open faced pocket watch with chronograph, circa 1925.
18 Carat rose gold, polished case with a gold dome, and chronograph pusher via pendant. Enamel dial with radial Roman hours, auxiliary seconds, subsidiary dial for indication of the date, 30 minute counter, blued spade hands, and centre chronograph hand. Frosted, gilt, signed 4/5 plate movement with very finely matted and bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, screwed gold chaton, screw compensation balance, and index spring fine adjusting device.
