Gold keyless lever by Patek Philippe

A fine and rare Swiss, 18 carat pink gold keyless Chronometro Gondolo with 24-hour dial, circa 1905. Retail by Gondolo & Laboriau, Relojoeiros, Rio de Janeiro. An engine-turned case, the back with a foliate monogram. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, red chapters 6-12-18-0 (24), outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and gold spade hands. A gilt brass movement, gold wheel train, 20 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight line lever escapement à moustaches, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with Patek Philippe patented micrometric index. Dial, case and movement signed.
