A fine Swiss, 18K yellow gold keyless dress watch by Patek, Philippe & Cie., circa 1904. Sold on December 9, 1904. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe box and the Extract from the Archives. The back case is decorated with an engraved monogram. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold Louis XV hands. A frosted gilt movement, 17 jewels, straight-line moustache lever escapement, wolf’s tooth winding, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
