A fine Swiss doctor’s watch chronograph Fabricado Especialmente Para Luis Balbi Buenos-Aires with a 30-minute counter, pulsation scale and original box, circa 1925. This pocket watch features an 18-carat polished gold case with a signed gold dome. The silvered dial is also signed and showcases Arabic numerals, auxiliary seconds, a 30-minute counter, a pulsation scale, a centre chronograph hand, and elegant blued Breguet hands. The watch’s movement is a 2/3 plate design that is rhodium-plated and finely ground. It includes mirror-polished and bevelled chronograph steel parts, a ratchet wheel, and a gold screw compensation balance.
