An elegant and rare 18 Carat yellow gold keyless pendant watch with red enamel and diamonds with matching enamel and diamond brooch, made by C.H. Meylan in Brassus, Switzerland circa 1915. Three body and solid case its back decorated with translucent red enamel over a guilloché background with a central diamond-set crest and gold cuvette with dedication.
Enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute dots, inner gilt design and black Louis XV hands. Movement with Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, split bimetallic balance, flat balance spring and an index regulator.
