A fine and elegant 18 Carat gold and enamel keyless pendant watch with a 14 Carat yellow gold diamond and red enamel wing shaped brooch. Accompanied by the original fitted box and the set made by Patek Philippe & Co. in Genève, Switzerland circa 1905. Four body case its bezel and band with red enamel over engraved decoration, it’s back cover is overlaid with translucent red enamel over sunray guilloché centred by a diamond set decoration and a hinged gold cuvette with engraved presentation inscription.
White enamel dial with red radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions with gold Arabic 5 minute numerals and gilt Louis XV hands. Rhodium-plated movement 15 jewels, moustache lever escapement, bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator. Case, dial and movement signed, movement and cuvette signed by the retailer.
