Gold lever pocket watch by Vacheron & Constantin

A very fine and extremely rare Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced octagonal Art Deco pocket watch, circa 1930. The top quality precision lever movement is regulated in eight positions.
Silvered dial with blue Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, central Greek decoration and steel Art Deco hands. The case with a plain back engraved Le Temps Fuit, Mon Dévouement Reste (Time Flies, My Devotion Remains), both bezels as well as the bow with a decorative enamelled Greek border.
Dial signed, movement signed and numbered, case numbered.
