A Swiss 18 carat pink gold open faced five minute repeating split seconds chronograph pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1894. The nickel lever movement with a column wheel split second chronograph an two hammers repeating on two gongs. White enamel dial with black Breguet hours, an outer minute track with fifth of a second divisions and red Arabic five minute numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, pink gold Louis XV hands and split chronograph hands with a pierced counterweight. The smooth case with a hinged cuvette, coaxial chronograph button to the crown, split second pusher at 10, chronograph lock at 11, repeating slide in the case band and a monogram on the back. Dial, case and cuvette signed, movement numbered.
